Westside
A modest home in the heart of the Westside of Santa Cruz boasts a fun personality every way you look. When the owner approached Viewpoint with the idea of expanding her kitchen into tall ceilings with flanking fenestration and sky lights we knew we needed to be apart of it. What was once a small, enclosed kitchen with no space for a breakfast nook, now holds all the sunshine and seating she could imagine. While in the process of updating the kitchen we helped alleviate needs in the primary bedroom by incorporating an ensuite so the homeowner now has a dedicated bathroom of her own. And the koi fish? What’s not to love.
