Royal Ambulance is an expanding service that aims to make a difference in the lives of suffering patients. Founded in 2006, their EMTs provided more than 40,000 transports just last year. With that said, it was imperative that their new location was able to accomodate these high numbers while making sure their visiting patients felt like an individual, not a number. Combining the vibrant natural feel of Santa Cruz with the professionalism and function of the medical industry was our vision. Oceanic colors and tones combined with the textures and hues of the redwoods became the main visual force, keeping the colors strong and the floor plan direct and functional for emergencies.
